Refund and Return Policy
🔄 Refund and Return Policy – SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L.
This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made on the website spaziolegnasrl.com, owned by SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L.
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
According to the Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code, the customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of product delivery, without the need to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:
- send a written request to info@spaziolegnasrl.com indicating:
- first and last name
- order number
- date of purchase
- reason for return (optional)
- wait for confirmation and instructions for the return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be intact, undamaged, and unused.
- The original packaging must be present (if applicable).
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Perishable products or those subject to natural variations (e.g., firewood or pellets) cannot be returned if already partially used or altered.
3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- opened or used products
- products damaged after delivery
- custom-made items
- goods sold by weight (such as pellets or firewood), already opened or partially consumed
- products that by their nature could deteriorate rapidly
4. Return shipping costs
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- A trackable shipping method is recommended.
- SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L. is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the courier chosen by the customer.
5. Refund procedure
Once the returned product has been received and verified, SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L. will process the refund within:

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damaged or non-conforming products
If the customer receives:
- damaged goods,
- goods different from those ordered,
- defective goods,
they must report it within 48 hours of delivery to info@spaziolegnasrl.com, attaching:
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- order number
In these cases, SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L. offers:
- free replacement, or
- full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Order cancellation before shipping
It is possible to request order cancellation as long as the goods have not been handed over to the courier.
The request should be sent to info@spaziolegnasrl.com indicating the order number.
