These GTC regulate the sale of the following products:

Firewood
Wood pellets
Any other heating products offered in the online catalog

The characteristics of the products are described in the relevant technical data sheets published on the website.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website:

are indicated in euros (€)
are VAT included, unless otherwise stated
do not include shipping costs, calculated during checkout

SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however, guaranteeing that the price indicated at the time of the order will be applied to the customer.

4. Orders and Availability

The order is considered accepted only after:

electronic confirmation of receipt
verification of product availability
payment approval

In case of total or partial unavailability of the ordered goods, the customer will be promptly informed and can choose between:

full refund
replacement with another product
waiting for restocking

5. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made throughout Italy via specialized couriers.

General information

Delivery times are indicative and variable depending on the destination.
Bulky products (such as pallets) are delivered to street level.
The customer must verify the correspondence, integrity, and weight of the goods at the time of delivery.

Damaged goods

In case of damage or anomalies, the customer must:

sign the courier’s document with RESERVATION
document the damage with photos
report the incident within 48 hours to info@spaziolegnasrl.com

7. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions for withdrawal

The product must be intact and unused.
The return is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made or perishable products are excluded from withdrawal.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the return of the product.

8. Warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-132 of the Consumer Code.

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by improper use
poor storage of wood or pellets
non-compliant handling

9. Limitation of Liability

SPAZIO LEGNA S.R.L. is not responsible for:

delivery delays due to the courier
incorrect use of purchased products
website malfunctions or service interruptions

10. Privacy

The customer’s personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and in compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 679/2016).

11. Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract:

if the customer is a consumer → court of their place of residence
if the customer is a company/professional → competent court: Frosinone

12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the purchase, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
